With this option you pay a fixed monthly fee for unlimited use of one conference room. There are no setup fees or hidden costs. Make as many calls as you want, and talk as long as you want – there are no restrictions on the duration or number of calls. Purchase a Personal Conference Room for each of your employees who regularly hold conference calls.

Callers dial a toll number (not a toll-free 800 number) to access the conference room and thus they pay their own long distance charges. You also have the option to give callers a toll-free 800 number to dial in to the conference – see Options below for more details.

With this pricing plan you are limited to a maximum number of participants on a conference call, as shown below. For conferences that support more than 20 participants, see our per-minute pricing options.
